DM and Oscar De La Hoya after his Olympic triumph in Spain, DM saw fit to honor Oscar de La Hoya immediately following his return. DM, a longtime boxing fan was thrilled to honor him. Later Oscar returned the favor by helping DM raise money for the Capital Campaign for the purchase of the MAOF headquarters.
