Irene Milligan (center seated). She played a vital role at MAOF until her retirement in 2005. This picture was taken at an MAOF Women's conference. Early 80s. She took the leadership in many different areas at MAOF.

She began her role as a staff person for Congressman Brown in the late 60's helping MAOF and in the early 70's began her tenure at MAOF. She wrote many of the proposals and developed programs along side DM for the programs that exist today at MAOF.
