MAOF Women's Conference. This conference is one of the first Hispanic Women's Conference's of the time. It was quite inspirational that a man was behind the creation of this conference. DM has always been an advocate for Hispanic Women, This picture shows the awardees. At the conference they share their successes and stories with women of all ages. This model is used frequently now but was a new concept many years ago.
